Flux Auto Glass Nationwide Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Flux Auto Glass provides a lifetime warranty covering our glass replacement service against defects in materials and/or workmanship for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

If you're outside our service area

The warranty travels with the vehicle, not with your zip code. If a covered defect appears while you're outside the Phoenix metro or Tucson — you've moved, or you're on the road — call us first at (800) 793-5894. We'll refer you to a local shop and reimburse the covered work once it's done. Contact us before the work starts so we can confirm the defect is covered and agree the cost; work done without approval can't be reimbursed.

To Qualify

You must notify us within 30 days of discovering any defect. Flux Auto Glass is not responsible for any additional damage that results from a delay in notifying us within that period. Flux Auto Glass must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and verify the issue before any warranty claim can be approved. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner or lessee. No other warranties, express or implied, apply.

Windshield Repair Warranty

During a windshield repair, our technician injects specialized resin into the damaged area of the glass. Best results are achieved when:

• The damage is recent
• The impact point is small
• Cracks surrounding the damage are minor
• No moisture or debris is present in the chip or crack

Our nationwide lifetime warranty covers the repaired portion of your windshield against continued cracking and ensures the repair will pass any state vehicle inspection.

If Additional Damage Occurs or You're Dissatisfied

If additional cracking develops from the point of repair, or if you're unhappy with the repair for any reason, Flux Auto Glass will credit the cost of your repair toward a full windshield replacement performed by our team. If your insurance carrier paid for the original repair, the credit may go to them, and you may still be responsible for any deductible when choosing replacement. This warranty remains valid for as long as you own or lease the vehicle and cannot be transferred. No other warranty, express or implied, applies.

Disclaimer

In rare cases, through no fault of the technician, damage may spread during the repair process and require full replacement. These instances are not covered under warranty, and Flux Auto Glass is not responsible for the cost of replacement or any resulting damage.

Recalibration Warranty

When Flux Auto Glass performs a recalibration, it is guaranteed for 30 days after service or until the next recalibration event — whichever comes first. A recalibration event is defined by your vehicle manufacturer and may include:

• Vehicle collision
• Windshield replacement
• Removal or disconnection of the camera
• Vehicle realignment

Please refer to your owner's manual if you believe a recalibration event has occurred. Do not rely on your advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) until recalibration is verified by a qualified technician. Your vehicle's safety systems are designed to assist — not replace — safe driving. Always operate your vehicle responsibly. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Window Tint Warranty

Flux Auto Glass provides a one-year limited warranty on all window tint installations. This warranty covers defects such as peeling, bubbling, cracking, or discoloration that result from faulty materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
• Use of abrasive cleaning materials or harsh chemicals
• Scratches, chips, or damage caused by external impact

All tint warranty claims require inspection by a Flux Auto Glass technician prior to approval. The tint warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To redeem your third visor strip (if shown on your invoice) please bring in a copy of this warranty. Damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear-and-tear is not covered.

Exclusions

Before every installation, Flux Auto Glass technicians perform a pre-inspection and document any visible pre-existing damage. Flux Auto Glass is not responsible for damage that existed before service.

Sometimes, hidden damage (e.g., rust or corrosion in the pinch weld or frame) may only be discovered once the glass is removed. Before installation continues, the customer is responsible for repairing such damage — including any costs to transport the vehicle to or from a qualified body shop if needed.

Damage not resulting from defective workmanship or materials is excluded from warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flux Auto Glass, its parent, or affiliate companies be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the repair or replacement of your glass. If your state law does not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state.
