Agreement

By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using the Flux Auto Glass website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

Services We Provide

Flux Auto Glass provides mobile auto glass replacement, chip and crack repair, ADAS (advanced driver-assistance system) calibration, side and back window glass replacement, window tint installation, and related auto glass services. Services are available within our designated service area in the Phoenix metropolitan area and Tucson, Arizona.

Quotes and Pricing

Online and phone quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. If the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described (for example, due to additional damage discovered on arrival), we will inform you of the updated pricing before proceeding.

Insurance claims are subject to your insurer's approval and coverage limits. Flux Auto Glass will work with your insurance carrier, but we cannot guarantee claim approval or specific coverage amounts.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability in your area. We will confirm your appointment time and send reminders via text or phone.

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment without penalty up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 1 hour of notice may be subject to a short-notice fee at our discretion, particularly for jobs that required special glass orders.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance (e.g., direct insurance billing). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at time of scheduling.

For insurance claims, we bill your insurance carrier directly when authorized. Any deductible, copay, or amount not covered by insurance remains the customer's responsibility unless covered by our Deductible Assistance Program where applicable.

Warranty

All Flux Auto Glass installations are covered by our warranty. See our Warranty page for full terms. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner or lessee of the vehicle at time of service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. Flux Auto Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or from any delay or inability to provide services. This includes but is not limited to lost wages, rental vehicle costs, or other expenses not directly caused by our workmanship.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose. Pricing, service availability, and other details are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
