Auto glass insurance claims handled start to finish.
If your policy includes a glass waiver, you likely pay $0 — and if it doesn't, our deductible assistance program may still get you there. We verify your coverage, file the claim, and bill your carrier directly. You don't make a single insurance call.
Three things worth knowing before you file.
Arizona gives drivers real protections around glass claims. Here's what they actually are — accurately, not overstated.
Filing a glass claim cannot raise your rates.
ARS 20-263 protects you from premium increases after a glass claim. Your insurer cannot surcharge your policy, raise your rates, or mark a comprehensive glass claim against your driving record. This is separate from the deductible question — it means filing is low-risk even if you do have a deductible.
They cannot force you to use a specific shop.
You have the right to choose your own licensed auto glass repair provider. Your insurer may have a preferred vendor network and may try to steer you toward it — but they cannot require you to use it. If you choose Flux, they must honor your choice and process the claim at the standard rate.
Many AZ policies include a glass waiver — but not all.
A glass waiver endorsement reduces your glass deductible to $0. Many comprehensive policies sold in Arizona include one, but it is not automatic or universal — it depends on your specific policy. We check for you before scheduling. If your policy doesn't include a waiver, that's where our deductible assistance program comes in.
This page describes how Arizona law and standard insurance practice work. It is not legal advice. If you have questions about your specific policy, we recommend speaking with a licensed insurance professional or your state's Department of Insurance.
We handle the insurance. You handle nothing.
Carrier name, policy number, and your name as the insured. That's all we need. You can provide it when booking online or over the phone.
We call your carrier, confirm you have comprehensive coverage, and check whether your policy includes a glass waiver endorsement. If you have a deductible, we explain your options — including our deductible assistance program — before anything is scheduled. No surprises after the work is done.
After your technician completes the install, we submit the work order and documentation directly to your carrier. The claim is a glass-only comprehensive claim — it flows through a separate track from collision claims.
Your insurer pays Flux directly. If your policy includes a glass waiver — or our deductible assistance program applies — your receipt shows $0 owed. Either way, there's nothing to mail, no forms to sign after the fact, no follow-up calls to make.
Have a deductible? We can help with that.
Not every Arizona policy includes a glass waiver — and if yours doesn't, your insurer may tell you that a deductible applies. That doesn't mean you're stuck paying it.
Flux offers a deductible assistance program for customers whose insurance confirms a deductible. In many cases we're able to reduce or eliminate your out-of-pocket cost. We explain how it works before you commit to anything — no pressure, no surprises.
If you've been told you have a deductible, call us before assuming you have to pay it. We work through this with customers every day.
Most people never deal with their insurer at all.
When you book with Flux, we handle the entire insurance conversation. You give us your carrier name and policy number, and we call your insurer, open the claim, verify coverage, and arrange direct billing. Most customers never speak with their insurance company about the glass claim at all.
If your insurer contacts you directly before you've called us — or if you've already called them — they may recommend one of their preferred network shops. That's their standard process, and it's normal. Carriers have vendor agreements that benefit them administratively. You are not required to use those shops.
Under Arizona law (ARS 20-469), you have the right to choose any licensed auto glass repair provider in the state. Tell your insurer you'd like to use Flux Auto Glass and ask for the claim number. That's all we need to take it from there. Or skip that conversation entirely — call us first and we'll handle it.
If your policy includes a glass waiver endorsement, you likely pay $0. If it doesn't, more on that below.
Our Deductible Assistance Program
Many Arizona comprehensive policies include glass coverage that brings your glass deductible to $0 — Arizona law (ARS 20-264) requires insurers to offer it. For policies that still apply one, our Deductible Assistance Program is designed to close that gap. Here's how it works:
- We verify your coverage and confirm the exact deductible amount directly with your carrier — before any work is scheduled. You know your cost upfront.
- In most cases, our program covers part or all of your deductible, bringing your out-of-pocket cost down significantly or to $0.
- You're quoted your exact cost before we schedule. No surprises, no pressure — if the numbers don't work for you, you're not committed to anything.
If you've already been told you have a deductible, call us before assuming you'll have to pay it. We work through this with customers every day.
